BUCCLEUCH HOUSE SALVAGE ITEMS
The main staircase and one fireplace are available for recycling. Bids are invited, closing Friday 12th March 2021 noon.
Staircase: constructed of pitch pine with a varnished finish and minimal wear, include all 21 steps and risers, bannisters, posts, handrails and landings in the photos. The staircase is approx. 1200mm wide. Item will be removed and ready for removal by 15th March. Purchasers responsibility to remove from site.
Fire Surround: has some heat damage consistent with age, tiles are all in place with normal wear and tear, grates are in working order, sizes in the photo marked measurement. Item has been removed and ready for removal by 15th March. Purchasers responsibility to remove from the site
